Save the date: Oct. 31 Colloquium by Brad Peterson

Brad is a veteran in the field of massive black hole mass measurements using reverberation mapping and a former chair of Astronomy at OSU. Brad will also give a Colloquium at GSU and a public talk co-ordinated by GSU. We will co-advertise this public event too.

Deirdre is the Director of the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics. Her work is on the merger of black holes and their subsequent gravitational radiation. She is a member of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration, a fellow of the American Physical Society and the advisor of the Society of Women in Physics at GT.
